Development and production of microwave units and modules from 450 MHz to 70 GHz

  • Production capacity up to 25 thousand modules per year. In total, more than 150 thousand modules were produced.
  • Equipment: vector and scalar network analyzers operating in the frequency range up to 75 GHz, power meters up to 40 GHz, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes.

Surface mounting and pilot production of multilayer printed circuit boards

Argus-ET has organized a site for surface mounting and pilot production of multilayer printed circuit boards, including those for contract manufacturing.

  • Equipment: Fritsch PA-510 PlaceALL Pick manipulator, vacuum post, 2 solder reflow ovens.
  • For prototyping multilayer printed circuit boards: LPKF ProtoMat S63 milling and drilling machine, LPKF MultiPress S press, laser engraving and cutting machine, LPKF Contac RS electroplating machine.
